Our mission at Trucs et Truffes Chocolaterieis to share our knowledge of dark chocolate in a relaxed and fun atmosphere, inviting the development of self confidence and pride. The company actively promotes the health benefits of a superior quality dark chocolate.
Danièle Lefebvre is an entrepreneur, Master's degree in Psychology with a degree in Orientation Science, a chocolatière and much more!
In 2006, through a stroke of genius, she united spatula and guidance in creating a company specialized in at-home chocolate parties. “I was already making chocolate in my own kitchen since 1998, to the delight of my relatives and close friends - my taste-testers extraordinaire! I had also participated in launching an artisanal chocolate workshop with the participation of special education students at ValMauricieHigh School where I worked. At a crossroad in my career, chocolate seemed like the obvious choice.”
Devoted to dark chocolate and its health benefits, Danièle shares her art with an increasing number of followers.
After 18 months in operation, unable to detach completely from her training in psychology, she is now launching a new service directed to the business community: “Chocolate-flavoured Team Building.”
